8. Able to configure VPN and server/client side hardware and software
9. Expert user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
10. Proven record of managing time and priorities effectively
11. Ability to work without supervision
12. Committed to learn and relate technical concepts promptly
13. Proficient in working with users remotely
14. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8
15. Familiar with active directory security and policies
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Good customer service capability
18. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
19. Outstanding communication skills to relate with team members and support workers
20. Excellent English written and verbal.
21. Knowledge in manual virus / spyware removal (other than running an antivirus scan)
