DESKTOP SUPPORT AGENTQualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or any IT related courses.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer- Hardware or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experience in service desk and onsite support tasks.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and scanners
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in installing, repairing computer hardware and software, clean up computers, run diagnostic programs to resolve problems with Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems.
- Must have good communication skills.
