Program Implementation Management Assistant, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Secretarial

Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support.
• Sends follow-up emails to internal personnel pertaining to report submission or program task completion.
• Generates reports
 
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred• 3 – 5 years’ experience in administrative/organizational role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts
• Able to work independently as well as cross?functionally in an organization
• Proficient in the use of computer programs and software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook and Power Point. Ability to quickly learn various software applications
• Familiarity with project implementation is a plus
• Amenable to change of shifts
• Performs other duties as assigned
