Raso Solutions is a business process outsourcing firm that works with a variety of companies handling support services, whether it is with recruitment support, lead generation, appointment setting or onsite virtual assistants. Job Description: This position involves working with California based real estate related clients. Responsibilities range from handling all social media, database management, marketing andlead generation calls. Responsibilities could include: - Conduct lead generation for real estate listings/loans. - Outbound sales/inquiries. - Input data into MS Excel spreadsheets. - Update the client’s social media sites. - Preparing “open house†flyers, or video tours ofhomes or newsletters. - Handling mass marketing emails Qualifications: - At least 6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service (outbound sales). - Knowledge of USA real estate/loan process is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (and other tools) and capable of making videos, pdf and MS PowerPoint presentations. - Willing to work night shifts.
