Property Sales Specialists, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

 
Responsibilities:
Responsible in achieving the company’s sales target through actual selling of the company’s projects.
Responsible in establishing a good rapport and connection with the clients and other external parties.
Implement Sales and Marketing programs as programmed by his/her Sales Manager. 
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Excellent communication skills - Confident and pleasant looking
Sales experience is an advantage but not necessary
Good in networking and maintaining good relationships with clients
Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility
Must be enthusiastic, resourceful, self-motivated and with passion in selling
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
