High quality QA calls
Ability to recognize needs and interests of clients to better suggest products/services best for them
Gather accurate business/personal information from business owners to create a profile
Requirements:
Versatile customer service experience with an emphasis on client satisfaction and sales
Previous outbound sales (cold call) in a call center setting is an asset
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, coupled with professional phone etiquette
Proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales
Ability to work in a team oriented call center environment
Basic computer/keyboarding skills.
Experience with five9 a plus (or other dialer software)
Enthusiastic, with a strong aptitude and a positive “can do†attitude
Knowledge around loans and lending a plus
