Currently we are looking for:
 
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST
 
Qualifications:?
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course preferably with accounting background
At least 2 years work experience as a Workforce Analyst or Supervisor in a healthcare setting
Excellent staff planning, and scheduling skills
Working knowledge of applicable labor laws on regular working hours, overtime and holiday pay
Computer proficiency, with emphasis on MS Excel
Working knowledge of scheduling/payroll systems
Strong analytical skills
Ability to deal with all levels of organization
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Strong planning, organization and coordination skills
