Training And Quality Supervisor, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Training (OD/ Instructional Design), this person will be accountable for the development and implementation of Training Strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals. He/She will be responsible on all Training Programs and ensure that there are two collaborative programs operating at all times - New Hire and Recurrent Training.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from any field; or 3 years experience in Training/Training Management
Experience in Quality/Quality Management
Experience in Communication Coaching
