SR. WORKFORCE MANAGER
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and forecasting
Hiring needs-planning new hire/transfer classes
Requisitions for backfill and new WFM headcount
Workforce Optimization
Analyze IDPs to ensure achievement of service levels- reviewactual vs. forecast and report on variance along with plan to increase accuracy moving forward
Recommend hiring and staffing decisions based upon forecasts and trends.
Work with leadership team to gain appropriate coverage regardless of overtime and green time situations 
Drive service level, productivity and availability metrics
Manage Scheduling, RTA, and GQA teams
All other tasks assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years operation management or financial experience
Minimum of 5 years  workforce management experience
Preference ofAspect, TCS, or eWFM experience
Advanced skills with MS Excel and Lucent/Avaya CMS
Degree/Credit hours in math/accounting/finance
Excellent documentation skills
Proven ability to meet project deliverables and tight deadlines
Familiarity with financial reporting
Self-directedwith excellent organizational communication and time-management
Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, formulate conclusions and recommend action
Understanding of business needs, basic statistics and data analysis techniques to make recommendations and develop ad-hoc solutions for client’s and operations team
Excellent problem solving skills
Proactive management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
