Software Process Manager
 
Key Responsibilities:
Participates to never ending development of SW development processes
Makes sure that software development and testing processes are followed
Participates customer/internal project meetings as a coach
Part of the company’s management team, participates improvement meetings with his ideas and proposals
 
Qualifications
Good understanding about different software development processes, especially XP, Scrum and other agile methods is required.
Previous working experience in a Scrum master role ishighly appreciated
Minimum 2 years in management/team leading experience in various software development and/or testing projects.
Software industry experience with broad knowledge of programming languages, web, mobile and/or desktop technologies is appreciated.
Experience from SW outsourcing companies and foreign clients is considered as a benefit
Appropriate college/university degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to work as a member of a multinational team
Service andcustomer oriented, business minded individual  
Ability to work independently and high level decision making skills
