Sales Training Supervisor, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Responsibilities:
Conducts and evaluates sales training progams to dealers and assists the Branch Manager in his/her function.
To train sales force with the basic knowledge and necessary skills toward a successful Tupperware Brand business;
Grow actives through exciting assemblies, campaign turn overs, and product merchandising;
Improve dealer retention and increase productivity.
Requirements:
College graduate; preferably in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, and other related courses;
Preferably with 1-2 year experience in Direct Selling, Training, or any other sales related environment;
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
Must have good communication and presentation skills and drive for results.
