We are a small business that has experienced fast growth. The business has grown its Cebu operations from 1 personal assistant in 2013 to more than 50 people in the space of 1.5 years. A sales director/head of sales is sought to take the business to the nextlevel.
 
The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced international B2B Sales Director to lead our BPO sales team.
This dynamic candidate should be an agent for aggressive sales growth, be accountable for the sales budget, and in close cooperation with the Business Unit Director.
The Sales Director, will report to the CEO/board and be part of a team that pursues strong growth and excellence, with dedication and integrity.
 
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, coach and enhance the global sales team to grow the business and to develop new opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies, business models and sales plans to enhance a competitive positioning in existing and new markets for weather solutions in the BPO.
Identify, develop, coordinate and promote advantageous and effective business relationships at the highest level with international customers and prospects, agents and distributors, partners, industry organizations and affiliates to ensure maximum market penetration.
Track, manage and report sales performance and activity against targets and key performance metrics to generate data that supports good decision making.
Communicate with senior management for monthly reporting, sales aned revenue forecasts, mitigation and action plans, (key) contract reviews, etc.
Develop, implement and approve adequate pricing strategies.
 
The Person:
10 years + experience in a senior role 
Be able to demonstrate a successful sales leadership career in an international B2B environment; it would be a distinct advantage if this was in a BPO sector.
A strategist, eager to create and plan for growth across multiple industries, balancing solid decision making with sound financialand commercial acumen.
Fluent in English, you will be flexible and able to interface and communicate effectively at all levels; across all function disciplines within the organization including presenting at C-level suite.
Have a mind set that challenges the status quo; you will be able to provide examples where strong analytical and organizational skills have seen you execute plans to tight timescales and spotted further opportunities through problem solving.
 
Salary:
200,000 on target earnings
Basic: negotiable
Equity share available for right candidate
