REPORTING MANAGER
 
Task and Responsibilities:
 
Data collection and preparation
Work with and develop the reporting technician(s) SQL, Reporting Services and Integration Services skillset
Communicate with operations around new report requests, provide accurate and realistic timelines for report development
Understand reporting requests in relation to operations and available data, and provide suggestions to improve or refine what is delivered
Scheduling and forecasting
Hiring needs
Schedule efficiencies
Financial
GM modeling
Revenue predictions
Hours tracking
Billed hours including OT and training tracking. 
Client budget comparison
Invoice preparation
Analyze data to identify trends and provide solutions and action plans to improve performance
Project management for additional work on existing accountsInitiating and completing Change Management Request documents for submission to development team
dentify reporting requirements of accounts and develop requirements for development. (DMD’s)
Account BFTs
Drive service level, productivity and availability metrics
Manage scheduling analyst, reporting technician, Client System Access Coordinator (Qwest only)
All other tasks assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years operation management or financial experience
Attention to detail
Advanced skills with MS Excel and Lucent/Avaya
Strong math aptitude
Excellent documentation skills
Proven ability to meet project deliverables and tight deadlines
Familiarity with financial reporting
Self-starter with excellent organizational communication and time-management
Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, formulated conclusions and recommend action
Understanding of business needs, basic statistics and data analysis techniques to make recommendations and develop ad-hoc solutions for client’s and operations team
Excellent problem solving skills
