Job Description:
Single point of contact for Quality Support of Client Account (s).
Ensuring Implementation of Quality Standards in the account
Aligning Processes with Customer Feedback
Facilitation of Metrics Management
Ensuring High levels of Six sigma Effectiveness and Engagement
Leading high impact 6 sigma and Lean projects
Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management team
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , PostGraduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Six Sigma Evaluation
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Six Sigma and Customer Service.
