JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Leads a team responsible for Quality, Training and Business Analytics
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 3 years of managerial experience in a BPO / contact center specializing in Quality, Training, Process Improvement
Proven communication effectiveness – verbal, non-verbal, written etc. – in corporate settings
Must be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction, guidance or supervision on standard performance analysis and projects
Strong project management,statistical and analytical skills
Strong computer literacy and software skills
Willing to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
Willing to be relocated or assigned in Manila.
