Operations Manager (UK-Based Telco), Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining various metrics
Managing the entire team
Motivating the team through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms
 
Qualifications:
At least 4 years managerial experience
Has experience handling Multiple lines of businesses for Telco Program (CS-Billing and Front End Collections/Mobile subscriber retention)
Excellent Communication and Perception management skills - strong business acumen who can manage supervisors, associates and client
