JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The Operations Manager is responsible for line operations with focus on Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Effective Manpower Planning and Utilization, and Cost Effectiveness.  Establishes standards and procedures for the smooth operation of processes for the production of printed products.  Monitors and analyzes current system of production to check its effectiveness and works out a strategy for improvement.
 
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 
Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering
At least 5yrs of related work experience
Well-experienced in production or operations in a managerial capacity preferably gained from the printing industry
Organized and systems oriented, and has high level of flexibility and adaptability. Can set-up  production system and work process.
Has the ability to set-up production.
Willing to learn the rudiments and intricacies of the printing process.
Open-minded, who embraces challenges at work as opportunities for learning and development.
Good people management skills.
Can relate with customers and suppliers on the technicalities of the printing process.
Proactive and with high level of maturity and initiative.
Has existing network of contractors and maintenance service providers.
