MARKETING MANAGER FOR CEBU, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Business Development and Purchasing Manager in developing and communicating brand vision
Develops brand marketing objectives, strategies and plans .
Oversees excellence in execution of brand plans and programs
Work with Purchasing andBusiness Development Group in development of sales communication tools like price list/catalogue and product presentations.
Ensures marketing plans has been executed
Tracks marketing budget
Recruits, develops, coaches and motivates team
Coordinate with sales in terms of budget vs. sales performance and execution.
Perform other related functions as assigned by immediate head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a graduate of Business, Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications courses
At least 5yrs minimum marketingexperience
Exposure to the full marketing mix
Experience with strategizing and planning/forecasting
Experience with independently managing projects from conception, completion to evaluation
Preferably has knowledge in editing softwares (e.g. Adobe photoshop, Corel Draw, Indesign, Flash, Illustrator, Sketchup, Autocad
