Linen Supervisor, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

The Linen Supervisor manages and oversees the collection and distribution of linen throughout the healthcare facility. This position ensures that the hospital policies, systems, procedures and standards in the handling of linens are implemented to provide a safe and excellent healthcare service.
 
In addition, the Linen Supervisor builds client relationships and work to resolve quality, quantity and other issues in a courteous and professional manner.
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Business Administration or Hotel and Restaurant Management with at least one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in Linen Management or its equivalent, OR, must have completed at least (2) years of College education with at least three (3) years of work experience in housekeeping and/or linen management, and one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Preferably with experience in JCI, JCAHO or any International Healthcare Accreditation standards.
Experience in inventory work with cost analysis is an advantage.
Excellent in written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog, English fluency is an advantage.
