Infra Services Manager, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Job Requirements
3+ years of IT infrastructure design, implementation and support experience
Knowledge and experience with VMWare solutions
Experience and knowledge of best practice security design and implementation
Experience with network and server problem resolution
Bachelor's Degree in (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent courseStrong mainframe developer who has hands on in COBOL, JCL CICS and DB2.
Experience supporting a 24X5 multi-site infrastructure
Experience working with on-shore teams in a matrixed support environment
MCSE, and strong knowledge on networking is preferred
Exposure to ITIL workflow and management philosophies; ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
Previous Healthcare industry experience a plus
Knowledgeable in ININ Phone Systems is an advantage.
 
Job Responsibilities
Server Management and Administration
Monitor and implement work items through ISR/RFC process.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems via Service Now.
Developing and maintaining all documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts, policies, procedures and training plans.
Accurately maintain, document and regularly report on relevant hardware & software inventory
Collaborating with Infrastructure team in identifying new technology initiatives, standards & major changes or upgrades to production environments.
Assuring operational readiness of new infrastructure technology releases and hardware/software builds, and collaborates with Enterprise Engineering team to affect zero impact release into production.
Providing technical expertise, training and guidance to other members of the team
