HR SUPERVISOR / MANAGER, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Responsibilities:
- Attend Leadership meetings.
- Provide materials and documentation for client presentation.
- Consolidate stats of Specialists and Associates re: processed Applicants
- Consolidate documents of internal and/or external Candidates (non-agent hiring)
- In charge of hiring game plans
- Coordinate with Sourcing in terms of current pipeline
- Strictly coordinate with Operations & training in regards to schedules
- Coordinate with Facilities and partner concessionaires for the access and meals
- Develop job descriptions and KPIs.
- Strong team working ability toensure smooth operation not just within Recruitment but with internal & external stakeholders as well.
Role Objectives:
- Organizational, Leadership, Process Orientations and Team Building & Management.
- Interview Candidates up to Supervisors/Managers level.
- Program Management (Accounts per site )
- People Management (Recruitment Supervisor)
- Project Management Training for Specialists
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional LicenseExam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU CITY.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
