HR Supervisor, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

A Graduate of Psychology or any behavior-related degrees
Minimum of 3-years’ experience in overall HR and Admin functions
Must have advanced knowledge in technical human resources work involving the human resource, payroll, benefit and position control systems, recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and/or employee development.
Computer literate, strong MS Excel & Power-point skills
Preferably with working knowledge in HRIS software
Excellent  in  oral  and  written  communications in English
Excellent planning and organization skills, keen on details, with excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle conflict resolution; assertive; confident; highly motivated 
Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines; can work with minimum supervision
Independent, flexible and a proactive team player
Values confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
Willing to work graveyard shift
