FINANCE/ACCOUNTING MANAGER FOR CEBU, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes month and end year reports, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital     assets reconciliations, bank statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc. 
Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and controls
Coordinates with BIR, SEC, on reportorial requirements  and banks and other financial institutions on loan   portfolios. Performs other tasks as may be assigned or directed by the Immediate Superior.  
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting softwares and databases.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Proven knowledge of cost accounting, cost analysis, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Good in oral and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferably from a manufacturing company.
