Facilities Manager, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Job Responsibilities:
Establish clear goals and objectives for the Facility Organization.
Provide resources to the Facility Organization's team in order to meet the planned objectives
Establish and manage all aspects of engineering discipline best known practices and standardsManage and support the factory's facility related projects
Manage and maintain records required during surveillance audits
     ISO 9001 Quality Management system
     ISO 1400 Environmental Management system 
     PEZA results
     DOLE Facility Operating Licenses and permits
In charge of Facility and maintenance check and security.
 
Job Qualifications:
Knowledgeable on Quality Management system, Environmental Management system, Safety programs and Energy management system.
Has strong leadership and management skills
Strong engineering of facility background
Good communication skills
Can work with less supervision and in decision making
Can manage the Facility Department and its Program management
Graduate of any engineering course
Experience working in a manufacturing industry as Facility head is preferred.
At least 10 years of work experience in the related field.
