Environment Services Manager, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and management of activities of the Environmental Services Department/ Linen Management, and implements the department’s improvement plan.
 
This position ensures that the hospital policies, systems, procedures and standards are understood and applied at all operational levels.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four (4) year college or university.
With five (5) years related work experience and/or training with at least one (1) year in a supervisorial role.
Must be keen in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
Has good managerial skills that include but are not limited to the following:
Analytical skills
Sound decision-making skills
Good time management skills
Is innovative
Has initiative
Is proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office application.
Results-oriented.
Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written. Can communicate in the Visayan or Tagalog.
Must commit to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
