Responsibilities
Full managerial responsibility
Manages professional employees and/or supervisors
Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
Applies management expertise to set direction and resolve problems in own discipline
Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
Explains and presents highly complex solutions
Forecasts resource needs; manages allocated budget
Provides technical/functional leadership and first line supervision for the team members, including their competence development
Acts as a role model for company values
 
Requirements
5 years in technology or functional area and/or project management
Work experience in technology or functional area
Has technical or project management background
First line manager for at least five (5) years
