Deputy / Senior Manager, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement all policies and systems related to HR in the organization
Assist the Functional Head to ensure that attrition in the process is well within the laid out norms
Assist the HR Head in managing the employee compensation program for the location
Spearhead the organization-wide engagement and staff welfare activities for the employees
Manage the employee relations within the organization by adhering to legal statutes, setting up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor and to drive smooth coordination between HR and other functions
Run the Internal Job Posting program successfully and be part of the selection process.
Spearhead certification and company projects and initiatives in HR and determine specific HR project requirements along with the business team.
Provide inputs on employee development to HR HeadDo all reporting and analyses pertaining to Attrition, Employee Perception, and Employee Grievance.
Keep oneself and ensures one’s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
Ensure that all company information, which includes customer information, are kept confidential and secured.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and accuracy of data
Strong interpersonal skills with a good level of maturity and excellent communication skills
Possess good understanding of HR systems and procedures, local labor laws and statutory requirements
Must be people-oriented balanced with high sense of delivery
Initiative to develop and execute new concepts on HR practices
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with multicultural environment and teams and to lead HR team
Computer proficient
 
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate/Diploma (preferably a Post Graduate in HR)
5 to 7 years of total work experience in HR, minimum 2 years of which in BPO (Deputy Manager)
6 to 8 years of total work experience in HR, minimum 2 years of which in BPO (Senior Manager)
Willing to work in shifts
