COMMISSARY MANAGER
Duties/Responsibilities
Control and maintain the best standard of service guidelines prescirbed by company,
Supervise all service areas, supplies, sanitation and hygiene, Implementing methods to eliminate manpower wastage and increase productivity.
Manage both production and the supply chain department of the commissary.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
Preferably with extensive experience in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
Must be able to check cost control reports andbe fully aware of the internal organization of a Restaurant and Catering Venue
