Admin Supervisor, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Job Description:
Manage Administrative tasks and secretarial duties
Manages office and employees 
Collects, researches, organizes and summarizes data from a variety of sources and produces reports such as program status and board reports. 
Produces ad hoc reports from databases/drives as required by the supervisor by identifying and organizing the required information, compiling data, designing format, and printing reports.
Requirements: •
Should be a College Graduate
Should have 1 - 3 years working experience as an Admin Supervisor. 
Supervises staff and participates in their recruitment and selection. Participates in the coordination of administrative and clerical work in an office. Performs a variety of administrative and secretarial duties as required. 
Office experience – General, scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation, meeting, planning, verbal communication, written communication, dependability, attention to detail, and administrative writing skills.
