Operations Manager with Gaming Account Experience, Cebu City in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Job Responsibilities
Manage Staff including One-on-one Counseling Sessions, Staff Meetings, FGD (Focus Group Discussions)
Ensure client’s satisfaction by researching, resolving and documenting customer concerns (escalated calls).
Develop and Implement programs that enhance employee motivation and maintain a positive work environment
Communicate and Implement operation policies and procedures
Analyze call offered statistics and call arrival patterns to ensure adequate staffing to ensure that established service levels in call handling are achieved.
Forecast department training needs to meet desired FTE.
Create and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports while ensuring the accuracy of said reports
Ensure necessary tools are provided for all to have quality service and achieve goals
Provide leadership for management initiatives to develop good communication between its member (both agent and staffs) to drive performance and.
Encourages giving of feedback to fuel performance.
Prepare and conduct performance reviews.
Create an optimistic environment to develop high morale to staffs.
Ensures QA goals are met and make recommendations and implement new QA processes or procedures based on these findings.
Understand and Maximize impact on financial performance of the customer operations department
Oversee whole center
 
Job Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s College Degree in a related field.
Needs 2 - 4 years work experience in a related field - BPO INDUSTRY
Leadership Training / Six Sigma Certification is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Has proficiency in MS Office and other tools needed in generating reports
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
