Managers/ Business Analysts for Cebu (Urgent) in Cebu City, Central Visayas

Responsibilities
• Ensures that processes are standardized and are compliant
• Ensures that metrics are achieved and does multiple times a day of reviewing the internal metrics and do revisions when necessary
• Provides root cause reasons and possible solutions to identified issues
• Ensures that identified issues are reported to respective stakeholders within 24 hours from receipt
• Sets realistic timelines for resolution of issues identified
• Provides updates and/or do follow-ups on identified action items on a regular basis
• Uses reconciliation reports to highlight and resolve issues with payment, credit notes, refunds and claims.
• Proactively provides relevant information (due dates of rates; changes made to any process or procedure; etc.) to the Logistics Service Provider and client (if applicable) within SLA
• Reviews open and in progress status of requests daily
• Ensures that hand-off requests are on time and to the correct team
• Ensures that requests are processed within SLA
• Ensures that deliverables are met on time, in quality and within budget for the contracted managed service

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy , Business Administration or any Commerce-related courses, Industrial Engineering , Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 2-3 years working experience in logistics or supply chain
•Preferably with experience in an IT/SaaS Company or Managed Services
• Has an excellent command in English language both oral and written
• Has experience in dealing with different personalities and types of Customers and/or clients across different geographic regions
• Communicates clearly and conveys message effectively and with certainty
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications
• Has excellent leadership , analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proactive and pays excellent attention to details
• 45 years old and below
