UNIT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Propagate Company vision, mission and values among unit members.
• Develop a successful strategy; set of objectives, and action plans to
achieve an annual increase in the sale of quality business, which
satisfies personal, Agent and unit income objectives.
• Ensure that targets and objectives are met on a monthly, quarterly
and yearly basis.
• Achieve an annual increase in unit manpower while meeting Company
standards for retention as published by the Company.
• Practice results-oriented management principles to achieve growth in
sales and manpower.
• Train new Agents using Company-sponsored training programs.
• Assist the New Business Manager in developing and implementing
training plans for experienced agents.
• Guide Agents toward well-established careers by stressing
client-oriented sales and service techniques.
• Assist the New Business Manager in preparing target market analyses
appropriate for specific unit members and guide Agents in successful
market penetration.
• Build and maintain a professional selling environment in the unit by
setting an example of leadership and personal growth.
